The main product by Yoshidaki Kyushu is "Roll Core."
Yoshidaki Kyushu is manufacturing various processed products making use of fresh eggs produced in Oita prefecture. Among them, the main product is "rolled core" frozen by putting main ingredients for rolled sushi together as a stick. Rolled sushi is easily made by spreading vinegar-flavored rice on dried laver seaweed and rolling them after placing rolled core. Frozen roll core made of various ingredients are prepared to widely respond to customers' needs.

Dried gourd shavings
The omelet and sheet of thin omelette cut into strings baked based on original recipe have good flavor and mild texture. Drips are prevented by wrapping ingredients by thin omelette cut into strings.
Dried gourd shavings indispensable for rolled sushi are returned to original taste by hot water. A considerable experience is necessary to measure timing for draining hot water. The seasoning liquid preparation comes from an original recipe.
Roll core
Roll core is handmade by skilled workers. They roll thin omelet cut into strings and various ingredients skillfully by flow production. Team work with background workers who replenishes ingredients piled up on trays is indispensable.
Only proficient workers in particular can engage in "peeling thin omelet cut into strings" at the beginning of the rolling work.
