The main product by Yoshidaki Kyushu is "Roll Core."

Yoshidaki Kyushu is manufacturing various processed products making use of fresh eggs produced in Oita prefecture. Among them, the main product is "rolled core" frozen by putting main ingredients for rolled sushi together as a stick. Rolled sushi is easily made by spreading vinegar-flavored rice on dried laver seaweed and rolling them after placing rolled core. Frozen roll core made of various ingredients are prepared to widely respond to customers' needs.

Dried gourd shavings
