Our company responded to the invitation by Oita prefecture and started up in Yufu city in Oita Prefecture as a joint venture company by Yoshidaki (Kyoto) and Nakano Food Co., Ltd. (Beppu City) in the Oita Prefecture in 1995 and since then we have committed to producing better foods with our corporate philosophy of "Security, Safety, inventiveness, craftsmanship, and original intention. "Even in the food industry with a remarkable change in recent years, we will devote ourselves every day aiming at the company equipped with spirit of innovation to make it possible to flexibly respond to customers' needs without changing philosophy through leveraging experience as a chicken family member and tradition of master craftsmanship of professionals for taste. We will contribute to dietary habit in the future and in order to live up to your expectations, we will join hands to continue our efforts to produce safe and delicious foods. We contribute to food culture through manufacturing and sales of food made through egg processing based on the concept that we are master craftsmanship of professionals for taste.

Master craftsmanship of professionals (Takumi) = they have inherited and stubbornly maintained excellent and traditional technique their excellent predecessors refined and established over the course of long time but flexibly respond to the change of the current of the time and environments. Carpenters working to construct shrines by seeing the future for 1000 years are examples of those professionals. Yoshidaki Kyushu Co., Ltd. registered the trademark wishing to make the company for human resources to get together to manufacture and sell omelet, etc.
